🍶
Description
Made entirely from Yamada Nishiki rice grown by the brewery itself in Okayama, this seasonal spring release is bottled unpasteurized as namazake. The nose offers ripe stone fruit and tropical notes such as cherry, peach, and lychee, while the palate is smooth and layered with orange, caramel, and a touch of brown sugar. It finishes soft, with a lingering floral sweetness.
