
Part B is a Junmai Ginjo Namachozo made using 100% Yamada Nishiki rice. At Brooklyn Kura, we’re alway experimenting. Lately, we’ve been experimenting with blending. We’ll make a batch. And then we’ll make another batch. And then we’ll blend those two batches together to create a wonderful sake for you to enjoy. This sake is a one of the unblended parts of a special new Junmai Ginjo we’re unveiling in January. It’s juicy and punchy with Brooklyn Kura’s trademark fruitiness. There are notes of melon, and red grape resulting in a delicious burst of flavor. After tasting this batch, we decided we had to bottle it because we loved it so much
