"Apollon" is the sun god of Greek mythology. The child of Olympus's main god Zeus and the most gentle goddess Leto are said to be the sun god "Apollon". Currently, Tenbuki Sake Brewery borrows the name of the god of the ancient heaven of Japan called "Fujin" and "Raijin", but this time, the Oriental and Western styles of sake and Brad Orange are shared by the same sun. The name of the god "Apollon" has been named. Italian Blood Orange, which is grown in the bright and brilliant sun. It is a representative of the unique flavor of "Latin Red" reminiscent of the Italian flag and a unique flavor. The secret of the bright red color lies in the pigment called "anthocyanin". It is a type of polyphenol (antioxidant), which is also known as a red wine ingredient, and is said to be useful for vision and liver function. The biggest feature of Amabuki Sake Brewery, "Flower Yeast" sake and Italy "Blood Orange", and a new plum wine was born here. Blood orange, which is exposed to the bright sunshine, represents the pulp the redness of the sun, has a rich taste, rich sweet and sour, smoked sensitivity, and holo pain.
