Description

Daiginjo brewed according to the Bichuryu tradition, the technical style of Bitchu toji that aims for a restrained aroma, rich umami, low amino acids, and a light, clean finish without off-flavors. Polished to 50% at a 14% alcohol level, this Okayama brewery's flagship expression earned the highest gold award at the Wine Glass de Oishii Nihonshu Award three consecutive years, 2015-2017.
