Description

Manko Special Junmai Raw Sake wants to enjoy the overwhelming taste of sake. It is a commemorative product for Izu Geopark certification in 2018. Because it is made with one barrel, fermentation is replaced by changes in temperature and humidity of the year. Therefore, alcohol content and taste also change slightly. Please enjoy it like Nouveau to taste Izu of the year. After a gentle scent, a smooth texture. The umami and bitterness create a wavy waves like a heavy play, but it is a refreshing aftertaste and a refreshing aftertaste. If you drink and drink, you can enjoy the sourness of white wine, so it goes well with fish and meat.
