Description
"Izu no Nigori Sake", which appears only in winter every winter. It is light, fresh and sweet. We make the taste of rice, so please feel it with your throat and tongue. Live yeast and a small amount of carbon dioxide that blend in alcohol can enjoy pleasant stimuli. It is a seasonal taste that can only be enjoyed with raw sake, as it is fermented.
