Azumatoyokuni Futsuushu

🍶
Description

Brewed from slightly hard subterranean water drawn from the Abukuma mountain range, this everyday futsuushu undergoes ultra-low-temperature fermentation to prevent over-activity of the yeast. The result is a soft, gentle sake with rounded umami and sweetness that has been the brewery's most beloved offering for generations.
