Description
Named for the Asuka imperial lineage, this daiginjo from Fukui Prefecture's oldest brewery, founded in 1716, is brewed with locally developed FK801 yeast and spring water from the Hakusan system designated a national famous water. The brewery uses rice grown by long-standing local farming partners in Echizen Town.
