🍶
Description
Bottled in the first year of the Reiwa era (R1BY), this honjozo shinshu new-season sake from a Fukui brewery founded in 1716 captures the fresh, unaged character of early-winter pressing. The brewery uses Hakusan-system spring water from the Yasaka Shrine grounds and locally grown Echizen Town rice.
