Description

Asahimatsu Shuzo's namachozo Honjozo uses Reihou rice polished to 60% and is stored unpasteurized then heat-treated only once before shipment, preserving a fresher character than fully pasteurized sake. Reihou is a sake rice variety developed in Kyushu, making it a regionally appropriate ingredient for this Fukuoka brewery.
