Description

Reihou rice polished to 60% forms the base of this undiluted (genshu) table sake from Asahimatsu Shuzo in Yame, Fukuoka. Bottled without dilution, the full concentration of the fermentation is preserved, resulting in a fuller body and firmer texture than the standard lineup. Brewed using the kura's traditional winter-only hand method and pressed on a vintage hydraulic press.
