Description

Tobin-kakoi (drip-pressed using individual hanging bags) is used for this rare bottling from Nishioka Kawamura Shuzo in Fukui, which cultivates the revived heritage rice Amatsushinriki in its own contracted fields. No product-specific taste profile was found, but the brewery is known for producing clean, mildly fragrant sake from this low-yield Meiji-era variety.
