Description
Tsukimaru Namachozoshu is stored unpasteurized under cold conditions at Nishioka-Kawamura Shuzo in Fukui Prefecture before a single heat treatment at bottling. This preserves the sake's freshness while allowing gradual maturation through the cold-storage period.
