Description

Hitogokochi, a rice variety developed in Nagano Prefecture, is grown under contract in Matsumoto and polished to 65% for this tokubetsu junmai from Kametaya Shuzoten. The natural sweetness of Hitogokochi rice and the soft Alpine groundwater drawn from 62 meters depth beneath the Northern Alps foothills define its gentle, food-friendly character.
