Description

Rice milled to 70% is used for this junmai nigori genshu from Kametaya Shuzoten in Matsumoto, Nagano. Bottled unfiltered and undiluted, it retains the fine rice sediment characteristic of nigori-style sake, producing a full-bodied, richly textured expression brewed with soft Alpine groundwater.
