Description

Using a 35 % rice peak rice pair of Kamedaya Sake Brewery is a big challenge in promoting the 151st step. By using "Yamae Nishiki", which bears the characters of "Megumi" in the Alps and the character of "Megumi", it also expresses the desire to live deeply in the land of Shinshu Matsumoto. The elegant and gentle sweetness and aroma are unique to Junmai Daiginjo.
