Description

Junmai Daiginjo brewed in a contract cultivation "Yamae Nishini" from Nagano Azumino, which has polished up to 35 %. The ripe pine -like scent that rises softly stimulates the sense of smell and imagines the taste when drinking. When you put it in your mouth, the gentle flavor without savory taste spreads, but it can be heated in the mouth to make the face look into the face. The rear mouth disappears neatly with a faint lingering finish, so you don't get tired of drinking. With the polite structure and technology, the taste of rice is left, but the finish is a beautiful finish without miscellaneous taste. Pour all the brewers and the brewer, and please enjoy the Junmai Daiginjo brewed with the "five senses".
