Produced by an Ibaraki brewery that has earned over 13 gold medals at the National New Sake Competition since 1998, this daiginjo features Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 45%. A refined, elegant aroma and a clean, structured palate reflect the brewery's long-term low-temperature fermentation technique and focus on handcrafted production.
