Description

It is a low -alcoholic unfiltered sake that uses the rice that is suitable for sake brewing "Yamada Nishiki". Balance of sourness and sweetness brewed by dedicated preparation. There is a body feeling even in the light, and there is a fruity like a pineapple. It is even better if you cool it down and eat it with your meal. There is a little ori due to unfiltering.
