Description

Miyama Nishiki rice at 60% polishing is brewed with soft Mt. Akagi spring water at a Gunma brewery that has dedicated itself to dry sake since 1875. The sake registers SMV +3 and a clean, dry profile with a brisk finish that suits both chilled and warmed service.

This is the only small brewery founded in 1878, which remains in Niimama City, Ehime Prefecture. It is located near the "Tsunaga Fuchi", which was selected as one of the hundreds of famous waters in Heisei. It is the only local sake in Niihama in the soft soft water pumped from the 110m underground well and the sake brewing rice produced by contract farmers in Niihama city.
