Hanahimesakura Nigorigenshu from Kondo Shuzo in Ehime is an unfiltered, full-strength nigori sake bottled without dilution. The combination of cloudy texture and undiluted concentration gives this other-category sake a robust, full-bodied character with the raw intensity of an unprocessed genshu.

This is the only small brewery founded in 1878, which remains in Niimama City, Ehime Prefecture.
It is located near the "Tsunaga Fuchi", which was selected as one of the hundreds of famous waters in Heisei.
It is the only local sake in Niihama in the soft soft water pumped from the 110m underground well and the sake brewing rice produced by contract farmers in Niihama city.
