The theme is "Ichida Ichigu" We make one product from one rice field. From 2019, Aizu Musume has a "Junmai Ginjo Sake, which is prepared only with rice that has been removed from a single rice field". At the center of the sake brewing, we will store the rice fields every season as the fabric -limited Aizu daughter "Jo". Fields with outstanding stability The water retention power is not very high, but it is a rice field with a long North -South wind and a long sunshine. "5 million stone", which is slightly medium grain and moderate but has a good grain, grows stably.
