야마다니시키와 미야마니시키를 교배해 탄생한 미사토니시키로 빚은 준마이긴조입니다. 미사토니시키는 아키타현 내에서도 생산자가 10명이 채 되지 않는 귀한 주조미입니다. 청사과처럼 주시하고 상쾌한 맛 속에 생기 있는 산미가 입안 가득 퍼지고, 깔끔하게 끊어지는 뒷맛이 특징입니다. 병 수를 제한해 출하하는 한정품입니다.
