Brewed with specially selected Shimane-grown sake rice and meeting elevated standards in rice quality or production method beyond standard junmai, it delivers a clean, full-flavored profile with firm acidity and satisfying umami. Fermented with the brewery's characteristic yeast and soft Hii River water, it represents the dependable backbone of the Nanakamba range.
