1712년(보토쿠 2년)에 이 지역에서 양조를 시작했습니다. 1907년에는 마을 내 여러 양조장이 합병되었으며, 등록 상표 술 이름을 오쿠이즈모의 옛 지명 '히노카미산군'에서 따와 '히노카미 마사무네'로 정했습니다. 2012년에는 창업 300주년을 맞이했으며, 1712년에 지어진 창고를 보유한 이 양조장은 시마네현 남쪽 입구에 자리하며 신화와 전설이 깃든 지역에서 역사를 이어가고 있습니다.
