Shinshudaiginjo Hatsushibori Kigin Tamahagane is a first-press new-season (hatsushibori) daiginjo from Hikami Seishu in Okuizumo, Shimane, released under the prestige Tamahagane label. Made with 100% Yamada Nishiki polished to 35%, it is bottled at the very start of the pressing season to capture the freshest, most vibrant expression of the Tamahagane daiginjo character. The Kigin (radiant gold) designation signals an exceptionally luminous, aromatic style within the Tamahagane range.
