치바현의 소규모 양조장이 구루리 성 근처 아타고야마의 용수를 사용하여 모든 술을 전통적인 후나시보리 방식으로 완성한 다이긴조로, 정미 40%로 연마했습니다. 주로 치바산 쌀을 사용하여 거의 완전한 수작업으로 빚었습니다.
