Tamajiman Junmaigenshu Kameguchi is an undiluted junmai drawn directly from the fermentation vessel or storage cask by hand from Ishikawa Shuzo. This method of extraction preserves the sake in its most natural, concentrated state, free from the exposure and handling involved in conventional pumping. The result is a full-bodied, robust junmai genshu with authentic, uncompromised flavor.
