Rockyougenshu Gen is an undiluted genshu made from Akigeshiki rice polished to 70%, bottled at 19% alcohol specifically for on-the-rocks drinking. It won the highest gold award at the 2022 Zenkoku Kanshu Contest and delivers a full-bodied, concentrated flavor that opens up as the ice dilutes the sake.
