Vintage-dated to 1996, this tokubetsu junmai koshu from Okunomatsu in Fukushima represents nearly three decades of cellar aging at the Nihonmatsu brewery. Prolonged maturation characteristic of long-aged junmai develops concentrated, savory depth well beyond the brewery's standard tokubetsu junmai profile.
