Hohai is the flagship sake from Miura Shuzo, a fifth-generation family brewery in Hirosaki, Aomori. Named after the proprietary Hohai rice variety grown exclusively for this brewery, it is brewed with subterranean water from Mount Iwaki and crafted to complement food rather than overpower it.
