'벤텐무스메'는 다양한 사케 쌀(Gohyakumangoku, 야마다니시키, 다마에이, 도리히메 등)을 생산자별로 구분하여 담금 순서에 따라 '~번초'라는 번호와 쌀 생산자 이름을 뒷 라벨에 표기하여 출하합니다. 탄탄한 발효를 추구하여 50~70°C로 가열해도 맛이 무너지지 않으며, 은은한 향과 함께 쌀 본연의 맛이 퍼지는 것이 특징입니다. 갓 지은 밥과 같은 느낌으로 연중 따뜻하게 데워 즐길 수 있는 사케입니다.
