Gohyakumangoku is the rice variety behind this single-variety junmai from Ohta Shuzo in Tottori, brewed in its own dedicated tank and bottled without blending to preserve the rice's individual character. As with all sake from this producer, it is crafted for hot sake service and carries a quiet, subdued aroma with a clean, rice-forward palate.
