Yamada Nishiki is brewed as a single-variety, single-tank junmai ginjo without blending, using contract-grown local rice in the tradition of this Tottori brewery. Each batch is numbered sequentially and pressed through wooden fune, designed for full enjoyment as hot sake alongside food.

'벤텐무스메'는 다양한 사케 쌀(Gohyakumangoku, 야마다니시키, 다마에이, 도리히메 등)을 생산자별로 구분하여 담금 순서에 따라 '~번초'라는 번호와 쌀 생산자 이름을 뒷 라벨에 표기하여 출하합니다. 탄탄한 발효를 추구하여 50~70°C로 가열해도 맛이 무너지지 않으며, 은은한 향과 함께 쌀 본연의 맛이 퍼지는 것이 특징입니다. 갓 지은 밥과 같은 느낌으로 연중 따뜻하게 데워 즐길 수 있는 사케입니다.
