All Rice Ginjo takes its name from a brewing method in which only rice and rice-derived ingredients are used: rather than adding distilled alcohol from other sources, a self-produced rice shochu is blended in, making every component rice-based. Polished to 60%, this Fukushima ginjo from Okunomatsu Sake Brewery is brewed with springwater from Adatara Mountain and has received three consecutive Monde Selection gold awards.
