雪の天使 Snow Angel

Brewed in Hyogo Prefecture using the famed Miyamizu spring water of the Nada district, Yuki no Tenshi, Snow Angel, is a junmai nigori crafted for immediate accessibility and seasonal charm. Left unfiltered so rice sediment remains in gentle suspension, it pours with the soft, creamy cloudiness that characterizes the best nigori. Miyamizu, hard with natural minerals and long central to Nada's dry sake tradition, here gives body and definition to an off-dry, fruit-forward style: lily flower and cantaloupe on the nose, smooth and creamy texture on the palate, with flavors of Muscat grape and strawberry and a lingering sweet finish. Equally at home alongside spicy food or served lightly chilled as a dessert sake.
