Brewed at Amabuki Shuzo in Saga, where the 300-year-old brewery uses yeast cultivated exclusively from flowers such as Abelia and sunflower, this daiginjo pairs the intensity of Aiyama grain with the brewery's signature floral fermentation character. Aigamo-method farming, in which ducks rather than pesticides manage the rice paddies, underpins the brewery's commitment to natural production.
