Ginjo sake aged in an Austin Winery Merlot barrel, producing a sake rosé with a light, refreshing character and subtle tannin structure carried over from the red-wine barrel. Part of the Toji Reserves series, it represents a collaboration between Texas Sake Company and its neighboring winery.
