Choya With Fruit Umeshu

This umeshu carries an intense bouquet of ripe ume plums, honey, and delicate floral notes, with a stony, marzipan like character from the fruit pits. The palate opens sweetly fruity before natural tartness from the ume balances the sugar at mid palate. A clean, medium length finish leaves lingering impressions of marzipan and tart stone fruit.
