Junmai genshu (riz pur, non dilué) de la Yoshinotomo Shuzo à Toyama, embouteillé à pleine concentration naturelle à partir de riz poli à 65 %. Le riz de la préfecture de Toyama et l'eau de source du Tateyama confèrent une attaque franche et généreuse, avec un umami robuste et une ligne sèche et nette à la concentration naturellement élevée en alcool, fidèle à la philosophie tout-junmai et axée sur le terroir de la brasserie.
