Koshinotsuru Kanzukuri Murokagenshu est un junmai d'hiver non filtré et non dilué de Koshimeijo, utilisant du riz Koshitanrei poli à 60 %, mis en bouteille sans filtration au charbon afin de préserver sa concentration naturelle et sa profondeur. Le procédé murokagenshu fixe la saveur de riz directe et prononcée ainsi que la texture naturelle du brassage en saison froide.
