Momotaro Tosa Uchushu est un Junmai Daiginjo élaboré avec du riz Gin no Yume et une souche de levure envoyée à la Station spatiale internationale en 2005 dans le cadre du projet Tosa Space Sake du Japon. Fumimoto Shuzo à Shimanto Town, Kochi, a réactivé ce programme de brassage extraordinaire en 2022 en hommage à l'ambition scientifique de la région.
