Utilisant du riz d'Akita poli a 55 %, cette expression estivale s'appuie sur les deux levures maison exclusives D-29 (fruitee pomme) et D-121 (poire fraiche), ainsi que la fermentation a froid de style Akita pour un caractere saisonnier rafraichissant.
