Ungefiltert und ohne Wärmebehandlung in voller unverdünnter Stärke abgefüllt, fängt er die lebhafte, rohe Intensität eines daiginjo ein, der aus erstklassigem Yamada Nishiki mit dem Schmelzwasser der Hakusan-Berge gepresst wurde.
