Yamada Nishiki polished to 50% is used for this shiboritate namagenshu ginjo from Nakawashoten in Tokushima. Bottled undiluted and unpasteurized directly after pressing, it retains cask-strength intensity and the vibrant, raw vitality of freshly made sake.
