It is a prototype -type Junmai sake that uses all of the rice brewing good rice Miyama Nishiki. The concept is a special modern diet with low alcohol raw sake, fine bubbles, impressive sweetness and acid. Utilizing the brewing technology and experience that we have challenged in the Tsushimaya Gaiden series, we have greatly expanded the range of taste expressions of Tsushimaya and evolved into a new frontier. We will have the will of wanting to flap as much as possible, and will continue to face alcohol.
