以最高级酒米「山田锦」精磨至精米步合40%,经长期低温发酵精心酿制而成。于严冬时节入酒,采用「袋吊」手法,将悬挂酒袋中自然滴落的酒液一滴一滴汇入大瓶。口感细腻复杂,口中散开的旨味与令人联想到果实的馥郁香气为其特色。
