A junmai ginjo namagenshu from Tentaka Shuzo in Tochigi, made with locally sourced Tochigi rice polished to 55% and bottled undiluted and unpasteurized. The Yume Sasara designation within this episode-zero release has won the Kura Master Platinum Award and a gold medal at the International Wine Challenge.
