将明治至昭和初期活跃一时的酒米「圣力」在其发祥地兵库县御津町重新复活栽培。以原浆直接装瓶,在零下3度条件下储藏的清酒。春季呈现出如哈密瓜般清爽的香气与冲击感十足的口味,到了秋季则转变为沉稳内敛的风味。
