选用兵库县特A地区安芸津产山田锦,栽培工作委托给当地拥有顶尖技术的户仓先生。以有机肥料、整形、稻城吊等最优方法精心栽培的山田锦,精米至35%后分批仔细洗米。选用最为耗时耗力的顶级麹制作方式——麹盖,在低温下缓慢发酵。完成后的酒装瓶,在零下3度条件下熟成3年以上。留存鲜度与酒精相遇的瞬间,香气随之演变为柔和的入口感。在感受柔滑口感与高雅米香鲜味的同时,留下清爽的余味,是一款可尽享悠长韵味的清酒。
